- What is your return policy?
- We are very proud of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply mail back the remaining portion of your order within seven (7) days after receiving it, and we will be happy to replace the order free of charge. All claims for damage or shortages must be filed with CARRIER within seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise.
- If you are not satisfied with your order from Perfect-Confections, and you do not wish to have your order replaced free of charge, simply mail back the remaining portion of your order within seven (7) days after receiving it, and we will refund the cost of your order by the same payment method that you used to place the order. For example, if you used your VISA card to place the order, we will refund the merchandise purchase price directly back on to your VISA card. The same policy applies to Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- How do you determine your shipping rates?
- Shipping rates and methods vary by time of year. From April 1 to October 1, we take extra precautions and ship via 2-Day Air or Next Day Air, as needed. There is an extra charge of $8 (2-Day Air) and $25 (Next Day Air) added to your standard shipping cost. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates.
- Do you take any special precautions for hot weather shipments?
- For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the summer months, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only - to prevent chocolates from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure safe delivery.
- Do you have any restrictions as far as delivery methods, days of the week shipped, or destinations?
- Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We may choose not to ship an order over the weekend to ensure perfect condition upon receipt.
- What are your delivery options?
- Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt, unless otherwise requested. We ship exclusively with USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested and transit times vary depending on destination. Standard delivery via USPS Priority Mail takes 2-4 days. If you wish, Second Day (delivery within 2 business days) and Next Day (delivery within one business day) air service are available for an additional charge. Orders placed after 11AM EST will not ship until the next day.
- How do you pack and ship your products?
- Our chocolates are packed and shipped using temperature-sensitive shipping materials to ensure their safe delivery. Every effort is made to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
